ABOUT ABOUT

“The Edge of 30 Degrees” is the latest dance production created by Artistic Director, Yin Yue of YYDC. This exciting evening of new dance works is centered around the concept of time and our interactions with time itself. The evening includes three world premiers entitled “Stones and Kisses”, “The Time Followed” and the highly anticipated full ensemble piece, “Citizen.”  All works are created by Yin Yue with an amazing team of collaborators including, Barbara Erin Delo for costume design, Christopher Chambers for lighting design and two original scores by long time collaborators Juliane Jones and Doug Beiden.

YYDC will also host two 3-hour long contemporary workshops for advanced level dancers during the week of the performances. The workshops will focus on the excerpts from the performance. Attendees of the workshop will experience dancing “in-the-round” as Yin Yue has adapted the evening to fit a space with a 360 degree view.

This event is presented by YYDC, INC. BAM house and ticketing policies may not apply. BAM membership benefits do not apply.
